We were delighted when we got a call from MysteryGuitarMan himself, Joe Penna, the writer and director of Arctic. He was in the thick of picture editorial with Ryan Morrison and needed help with backgrounds and SFX so they could feel out the timing. There are many instances where sound dictates the story so getting them just right was critical. Read an in-depth discussion of our approach at A Sound Effect blog.

Additional work and final mix was done by Formosa Group's Odin Benitez (Frozen, The Fighter, Silver Linings Playbook), Mark Mangini (Blade Runner: 2049) and the rest of their fantastic group. Foley was recorded by the talented team at HiFi Foley.

Synopsis: A man stranded in the Arctic after an airplane crash must decide whether to remain in the relative safety of his makeshift camp or to embark on a deadly trek through the unknown in hopes of making it out alive.
