Michelle’s entire life has been immersed in music. Raised by audiophiles, she grew up to be an avid vinyl junkie: savoring everything from Coltrane to Zeppelin. An aptitude for classical piano landed her a full scholarship to Jacksonville University where she studied Music and Communications. After graduation, she packed up her turntable (and her boxer, Louis Armstrong) and headed to LA to pursue a career in music. After touring the world with various bands, (including the notorious Fem 2 Fem) she settled down and created mediaHo entertainment, a music marketing and consulting company. She has also held positions at various companies such as Opus 1 Music, Mighty Generation Music, and Songtradr. Michelle joined MelodyGun after meeting Hamed at a music convention, where they quickly realized they were kindred entrepreneurial, creative souls with a passion for life & music. 

 

Her impeccable ear has led to the placement of songs in hundreds of TV, commercial, film, and video game projects, including: Comet (Emmy Rossum, Justin Long), Grand Theft Auto, The Crew, Grey’s Anatomy, True Blood, The Gambler, Dexter, Private Practice, Breaking Bad, Californication, Sons of Anarchy, and many, many more. On her down time you can find her enjoying a sunset happy hour over scratch margaritas or walking her boxer, Buddy Guy, on the strand in Hermosa Beach.
